Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final.

We encourage customers to read the product descriptions carefully and reach out to us with any questions before purchasing.


Refund Policy

Refunds are not accepted, including for reasons related to change of mind or product dissatisfaction after use. We are confident in the quality of our products and work hard to ensure accurate product descriptions and customer satisfaction.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a clear photo and your order number so our team can assist you.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Kaynaturalz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your package:

  • Check with your neighbors or front desk.

  • Visit or call your local USPS office with your tracking number.

  • File a missing mail claim with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring your tracking updates closely.


Order Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it is automatically processed and cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order details carefully before submitting payment.
