Yes! We are a cruelty-free brand. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals.

8. What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.
9. What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with your neighbors or local USPS office. You may also file a claim directly with USPS at usps.com/help/claims.htm.
