Creator Terms

• A free product of your choice from the options we offer.
• 15% commission on every qualifying sale made through your personal link or code, paid through Shopify Collabs.
• A personal discount code that gives your audience 10% off.
• Early access to new drops and brand reposts when your content performs.

You must clearly tell your audience that you have a relationship with KayNaturalz whenever you post about us. This is an FTC requirement and it protects both of us.

• Use a clear label like "#ad," "paid partnership," or "KayNaturalz partner" where people will see it right away, not buried in hashtags or at the end.
• "#partner," "#collab," and "#ambassador" alone are not enough.
• This applies to every post, story, video, live, and reel about KayNaturalz.

Share your real, honest experience. Please do not make medical or guaranteed-results claims. For example, do not say KayNaturalz "cures" acne, "removes scars permanently," or "treats" any skin condition. Stick to your genuine results and language like "helped fade the look of my dark marks." False or exaggerated claims can get us both in trouble.

When you post about KayNaturalz and tag us, you give KayNaturalz permission to reshare, repost, and use that content on our own channels and in our marketing and ads, with credit to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You keep ownership of your content.

Represent the brand respectfully. Do not post content that is hateful, discriminatory, explicit, misleading, or that damages the brand. Do not speak for KayNaturalz or make promises on our behalf that aren't in these terms.

Your code and link are for your audience. Please do not use your own code for repeat personal purchases to farm commission, create fake orders, or use spam, bots, paid search on our brand name, or coupon/deal sites to generate sales. This kind of activity voids unpaid commissions and ends the partnership.

You are an independent creator, not an employee of KayNaturalz. You are responsible for your own taxes on any commission you earn.

If we share anything not yet public (upcoming products, launch dates, strategy), please keep it confidential until it's released.

Either of us can end this partnership at any time, for any reason. If the partnership ends, your link and code will be deactivated. You will still be paid any commission you properly earned before it ended.
