Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older (or the age of majority in their state) at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
The giveaway begins on August 11, 2026 and all entries must be received by Thursday, August 21, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
Method 1 — Social entry. Create a video about your favorite KayNaturalz product(s), post it publicly on both TikTok and Instagram tagging #KaynaturalzPartners, keep both accounts public, and complete the entry form at https://kaynaturalz.com/pages/giveaways. Your posted video must remain public and visible through August 28, 2026.
Method 2 — Free alternate entry (no purchase, no post required). To enter without buying anything or posting a video, send an email to giveaways@kaynaturalz.com with the subject line "Giveaway Entry" and include your full name and email address. Alternate entries receive the same chance of winning as social entries.
Limit: one (1) entry per person, regardless of method. Entries that are incomplete, unverifiable, or that use another person's information are void.
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Apple iPad mini, approximate retail value $400. The prize is not transferable and no cash or other substitution is allowed, except at Sponsor's discretion. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
The winner will be chosen in a random drawing from all eligible entries and announced during a TikTok Live on Friday, August 28, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on the founder's account, @kaayamari. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will also be contacted by email and/or direct message and must respond within 5 days and provide a valid shipping address to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or their qualifying post is no longer public and visible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Sponsor will review each entry before the drawing. For social entries, the entrant's TikTok and Instagram accounts must be public and the qualifying video must be posted with #KaynaturalzPartners and visible at the time of verification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it cannot verify.
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city/state, social handles, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs its integrity. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
Information collected from entrants will be used only to administer this giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy. It will not be sold.
